The Executive Council meets on the first Tuesday of each month, at VFW Post 7031 unless otherwise posted, at 7:00 PM. Council officers are elected annually following the Spring season. Nominees for an office must be, and must be nominatted by, an HCDA league member in good standing. All sponsoring establishments are entitiled to a representative on the Board of Directors. Please contact the Executive Council if your establishment wishes to add representation. The High Country Dart Assocition is governed by the Board of Directors and Excecutive Council as set forth in the Constitution, Bi-Laws, & Rules of Play.
